Proabably, but not by much. Both corrupt as hell and I strongly dislike them both politically, but I think HRC probably holds off the extreme progressive wing of the party better than the potato. And HRC probably would have a VP who could talk about major geopolitical events above a kindergarten level and not cackle at serious topics.

HRC is awful. I believe the reason they're using Joe to destroy the entire thing is because he's a corrupt shell of a man who's a familiar face for the establishment. HRC has too much baggage...and i'm sure she'd have wanted tot ear it all down her way, which wouldn't sit well with ole Soetero.

Hillary is much more competent in her corruption than Joe, and she's a true believer. I don't believe Joe Biden ever had any ambition to be an American monarch, but I'm pretty sure Hillary did and probably still does.
