This entire industry seems to be created specifically to over complicate shite that likely used to get resolved by men over a little aggressive confrontation and maybe a few glasses of whiskey. Issue resolved, let’s get back to work.

Workplace disputes resolved by bullies and drunks. Wonderful.

How it should be. I worked construction for years before finally going back to college finishing my undergrad degree at about 30 y.o. We would have fist fights and go back to work like nothing happened. I miss that. There are people in my snooty professional work setting now that I would love to punch in the face.

Bingo. My wife is HR director. She does a lot more than just onboarding/firing employees. She puts out smokes and fires for her CEO. The shite she deals with on day to day basis blows my mind. Gets paid handsomely for it though.
