The disparity in Silicon Valley and NYC is pretty insane but it is idiotic to say that poor people are doing worse there just because rich people are better. Not to mention places like Illinois have vast swaths of nice American middle class small towns with no blacks and then he blacks in Chicago are wallowing in their own shite.
Obviously, this is a nice gotcha to point out to liberals that disparity isn't the end-all measurement of success as a society. You need to know how the meat of the society is doing. If the middle class is doing worse than other areas but your upper class is doing better then maybe you can say it is a problem.

I kige this, but I think the answer is G. Oakland has a lot of poverty and Los Angeles has some notorious areas. And California has a lot of wealth in Silicon Valley and Hollywood to make the disparity more pronounced.

On behalf of the 4% of blacks who aren't felonious, drug-dealing, rioting and looting, uneducated hobos who deserve to be killed by the "one time" (as we all call the popos...erm cops) I'd like to thank you for your continued interest in the well-being of black Americans.
