My last email from Campus Wire had a survey...70% of college students say the govt should prosecute hate speech. They can't define hate speech. But they know it's bad.

This isnt comparable. Employee /policy controlled verbiage isn't the same as the OP thread. Might as well say a naval officer not being allowed to disclose the location of nuclear subs is..."words becoming illegal" that example is closer to your cdc post than your cdc post is to the original topic.

Those are matters of honor - not law. We need to bring back duels - just to see how badly someone's "honor" - rather than their bleats for attention or urge to be "woke" - is badly jarred by an obvious joke or ordinary description.
Anyone aggrieved by "America First" in matters of foreign affairs - or "All lives Matter" in matters of general observation - or the National Anthem - or objection to wanton plunder, destruction of private property, or opposition to communist and tyranny, need to have their asses whipped or forced to defend their "honor" physically and in the open - not be ambush or mugging.

There is a difference between 'societal condemnation' and making racism illegal.
IE, if you own a store with a sign saying 'help wanted, only whites need apply' you will get a lot of societal condemnation. I have no problem with that.
But it is also against the law. I have a big problem with that since it violates freedom.
