I bet Trump has less visceral fat but more subcutaneous fat than Wolf. Visceral fat is unhealthy and leads to all kinds of metabolic problems. Trump shows no signs of metabolic issues like Type II diabetes. Subcutaneous fat is actually healthy and acts as a buffer to metabolic issues.
For example many lineman in the NFL have a high amount of subcutaneous fat. These guys are actually healthy. But the donut eating beer drinker with a beer gut has lots of visceral fat. That's unhealthy.
BMI is not a good measure of health.

I mean, his report came out. Health reports aren’t that interesting. Someone noticed he teetered a couple pounds past the cutoff for obese this year so it gets the headline.
