The standard charts say that the lower cutoff for "obese" at 75-inches is 240-pounds. Using that chart, 243-pounds is obese.

Candidly, I never put much stock in those charts, as they tend to say that any athletic person with a muscular build or who lifts weights is either overweight or obese.

Of course, you can decide for yourself whether you think Trump is muscular, athletic or a weight lifter.
