With the corruption of the election. No justice from the judicial branch. Obstruction from the DOJ and elected officials that were planted by the the corrupt oligarchy. Is it now time?

The states have got to reign in the out of control Federal Government or we are done.

It was time for a convention of the states a decade ago. It isn't happening, too many Americans are fat, dumb, and happy to get free stuff.

It’s been that time for a long time.

There were rumblings about a convention of states during the Obama terms.

There’s a minimum number of states that need to sign on to make it happen. The current situation is that the states are lining up to see who can get the most out of the fed teats.

"Article V of the U.S. Constitution gives states the power to call a Convention of States to propose amendments. It takes 34 states to call the convention and 38 to ratify any amendments that are proposed."

You actually think we can find 34 states with enough balls to call one?

It is the only answer. If you study an election map even cheating-the prog filth are the minority. Give them California and a few small NE States and let them have Biden.

China & Russia will know not to frick with us if we kick China out and stop their dominance of our supplies.

Seriously, let them have the Austin tranny military and be the CCP.

Missourah is already in.

Our only hope...and it needs to happen very soon.

We have to take the money out of DC. Do you think this bunch of sellouts would vote for Term Limits.

What would you like to see happen during a convention?

It's been LONG OVERDUE.

We do not need Washington DC's permission to amend our Constitution to defend our republic.

Not OP, but I'll take a swing at this:

*Congressional Term Limits (3 Terms House/2 Terms Senate)

*Repeal 17th Amendment (Senators are appointed by Governors/State Legislatures)

*Repeal 16th Amendment (Abolish Federal Income Tax/IRS)

*Replace IRS/Income Tax w/ National Retail Sales Tax as written in HR25.

Horrible idea. No possible good can come from a convention in the current political climate or one that is run by current politicians.

0.00% chance any of that is approved by 38 states.

And 15-20% of the Colonists were loyalists to the Crown. Safety in numbers for your kind.

it MUST happen. It is an existential threat that the Democrat Party poses..

and the totalitarian actions they are attempting based on their criminality.

I really wish that we could be on the verge of making it happen.. I would really love to see how the MSM and the current government and their sky screamers would spin this and say that it is unconstitutional.. It would really be fun to watch..

This is a good start, we also need:

1. an Amendment that allows only property owners the right to vote.

2. Limit Congress critter's and Senator's staff to only 3 people.

3. A Flat tax where everyone pays something.

4.A legal process to be able to Recall a congress critter or senator.

There exist a Convention of States website if you are interested.

So you believe our founding fathers thought Americas independence was a sure thing? You think they might have had a massive effort to convince their fellow citizens, including those loyal to the crown, to take up arms? Wish casting and pie in the sky fantasy is a better analogy for the beginnings of our country.
