You must have a shitty portfolio because mine lost around 10% in that month or so of panicans, but that has been regained in full, and now I have about a 3% gain from the initial numbers when Trump took office.

Do you have kids? If so, do you complain about getting those tax breaks other people don't or do you only care when you don't personally benefit?

The amount of hand-wringing over the poorest workers getting a tax break is insane. It's also hypocritical. You people call yourselves small government conservatives but then bitch when someone else gets a tax break. You're not for lower taxes. You are for what only benefits you.

It's no wonder our country is falling apart. Even the "patriotic conservatives" in this country don't care about what's good for the country, only themselves.

It's really pathetic to be worried about someone making $2.13 per hour getting a few tax-free dollars a week. You people act like waiters are pulling in 100k in tips. You must make very close to a waiter's wage to be so concerned about them getting a benefit you don't. If you make enough money, the taxes people poorer than you pay aren't really a concern.

If you think being a waiter and getting tax-free tips is so advantageous, you can always quit your job and be a waiter. But you won't, because you know you have it better. But you'll still whine over people worse off than you.

2) Now everyone is incentivized to be paid via tips or overtime. Next thing you know employers are going to start classifying retail workers as tip earners, lower their salary and this will be the next group we all have to be guilted into tipping

This is just absurd and has no basis in reality. It's chicken little nonsense and detracts from any valid concern you may have.

Just don't tip. There's not a damn thing they can do about it if you decide to not tip.

This is the infuriating part about people supporting these policies. This is straight up Leftist bullshite and supporting government picking winners and losers.

lol. Let me introduce you to the “”””””” earned”””””” income credit.

I don’t see how people are not infuriated at that to this day. No tax on tips is baby shite compared to that.
