it's nobody's fault. People in cities have more negative interactions with the cops than people in rural areas. That goes for white people too

The point is you can't use 13% as the expected rate. If you use 13% of the expected rate you see a problem where none exists and the only solution would be to force black people to move out of cities

Bottom line now you know why your stat is bad. So now that you know it's bad you just want to take your feet about it. Instead you should be thanking me for helping you stop being stupid for a second

But if you actually care about this issue and wants to do a little research you have paved the road for yourself and you don't even need my help. You can go look up proportions of police violence within given population centers

Something I've already done. You aren't going to find what you expect. In fact you're going to find the opposite of what you expect

So have at it. Pick a major city or even a second-tier city. Take four or five of them. Look at each one.

If you are genuinely interested in being informed once you were done doing that you will come back here and tell me I was correct.
