People should be afforded some basic right wherever they work. What you consider "rights" is what is up for debate.

And a business owner should be afforded some basic rights as well. His decisions bring in or drive away customers and/or employees.

16 of 20 preventive contraceptives required in the mandate were covered and will continue to be covered.

Agreed, and again this is the debate. It is a tought debate too.

Smoking is a bad example IMO because BC doesn't affect other people's health, smoking does.
