No.

This seems kinda like saying that Michael Jordan doesn't know shite about basketball.

Elon isn't a macro economist, let alone an economist at all.

It would be like saying Michael Jordan is terrible at owning an NBA franchise.

Wrong again. This is a minute by minute thing with you, isn't it?

You think an undergrad degree puts someone as an expert in the field?

Just note, if you reference things outside of that degree to argue your point, you're also arguing the undergrad degree has no merit in the discussion.

This is nonsense. What I am saying is that his degree in economics from Wharton helped him to become the richest man in the world and therefore the most successful economist in the world.

Worthington's Law

David Cross was on Rogan today or yesterday. What an example of synchronicity.

I did not say, "better than." I said "the most successful."

So now you're lying. Not surprised.

Elon's argument is that we have to destroy our economy to fix destroying our economy, like how a double negative is a positive. It sounds big brained but makes no sense when you actually analyze it.

And this ignores the behavioral aspect. As I pointed out last page, have we all forgotten what Covid did to society?

Balls and strikes only. I said he is the most successful economist in the world and that is a fact. I said this in response to someone saying he is delusional. This doesn't seem to follow given his success as an economist.

Are there better economists out there? Probably. But I highly doubt they post on this board. His record speaks for itself.

He's not an economist.

What papers has he published on economics?

And I'll just repeat the substance.

Elon's argument is that we have to destroy our economy to fix destroying our economy, like how a double negative is a positive. It sounds big brained but makes no sense when you actually analyze it.

And this ignores the behavioral aspect. As I pointed out last page, have we all forgotten what Covid did to society?

The world is about to change in major ways for a large number of reasons. On top of this problem we will have to deal with, we are also about to see dramatic increases in life expectancy.

Repeating this over and over doesn't make it true. Also, the moment you begin lying, as is your forte, our conversation is over. Go play in traffic or something.

Imagine the crypto scams.

One of the reasons I initially quit poker (when I played at the Belle in law school to have walking around money) was the depression of seeing the same old people always gambling away their SS checks. I mean like Thanksgiving night, Christmas night, you name it.

Having society turn into that is SCARY.

Again, substance vol 3.

This is a self created problem that anyone with a brain can see coming (if AI actually is on the track these people claim)

He’s an “entrepreneur”, not an “economist”.

Right. But that doesn't mean we won't have to address it.

In other words, "applied economics." Writ large actually. Hundreds of papers have been written about the economical impacts of his businesses and his leadership style. Which he learned where? At Wharton, studying economics.
