The family of Anderson even pleaded(in open court/media) for the Judge to not execute the main White assailant(NAACP was against the Death penalty for him as well).
The killers of Anderson were eventually found & arrested just as these criminals shall be.
P.S.
That's why adults should have healthcare insurance especially if you are a 54 year old doing dangerous work (trimming trees) like this poor victim. Not good to gamble with ones health /safety or expect things to just 'work out' ,others to pay for it(like me ) or just not care one way or another.
I wonder if this gentleman was against the ACA/Mandate?

Just hope most learn a valuable lesson from this slacker as to why one should never go without Health care Insurance. Especially if you are 54 year Tree Trimmer(or any profession).
The mandate is for irresponsible people who gamble with their health/safety & expect others to pick up the slack.

Has anyone else here seen the video of this incident?
The kid is standing on the edge of curb waiting...looking down the right (nearest) lane while nothing is coming. Then when a vehicle finally comes along, the kid seemingly decides to run directly into the side of it. The man didn't hit the kid with his car. The kid hit the car.

So you're saying he gambled with his safety by stopping to render aid? And your takeaway from this whole episode is that people need to have insurance? You're truly messed in the head.

Yes, and that's what has him in critical condition now. I know he did the right thing by getting out and checkin, but when he saw a huge crowd like that comin and being in a predominant black area. He should have got back in car fast and sped the hell off.

Any time a group sets upon a total stranger for no reason, and basically beats him to death, it is a hate crime.
That is the problem with the idiotic terminology, and with the idiotic law.
This would have been a "hate" crime if the perps were white.
