He isn't running for reelection. He was merely a convenient the fall guy for the establishment.

I regret voting for the "war hero."

I think he is on the take.

With "friends" like John McCain, who needs enemies?

quite possibly. I thought that was the case on friday but after reading all sorts of interviews, it sounded like the GOP was legit pissed at him.

it definitely is possible. But if they had such good message discipline, I think they would have worked quite a bit differently over the last few months.

I hope he does. It's not like it matters as to how he'll vote. I wish he'd have done it a long arse time ago so the Republicans can run someone else for that seat.

In the long military and senatorial career of this man he will be remembered by a lot of Republicans for a vote that caused Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Watters, Barbara Lee, et al. to cheer him. What a sad legacy.

Honestly there is no telling what the petulant lying SOB will do.

Here is the anti-obamacare ad McCain ran against his 2016 opponent:
If you choose to click this, prepare to be nauseated.

Which is why I have absolutely no problem wishing ill on him.

He's a horrible person.

He's been a horrible person for decades.

One good deed does not a life of Teflon make.

Frankly, looking back, I suspect he was guilty as frick on the Keating 5

Unfortunately he will leave this life before he has the opportunity to leave the Republican party. Not that it matters really...he has always been part of the uni-party.

He never should have had a great legacy.

He's a lying conniving POS.

He's used his "hero" status as a Teflon shield.
