They can do nothing. FIFA suspended the Red Card violation enforcement and it can be up to 4 years. This is not precident setting, just this year alone FIFA Cristiano Ronaldo of Portugal in a World Cup qualifier against Ireland, Nicolas Otamendi of Argentina and Moises Cacedo of Ecuardor.
