I haven't read all of the stuff yet, but one would believe that if they had something massive they would have mentioned it with initial press release.
Seems like they're just confirming what most people already suspected...CIA has tons of foreign assets, most hidden. They use phones, smart tv's, smart cars, etc. to get the info they want.
Underlying theme is if the CIA is overreaching their boundaries. The problem is that the law is on their side and they find justification to do pretty much whatever they want.

It looks like details on how the CIA can spy on us, using electronic devices, Samsung TVs with cameras and microphones...
I always knew they were tapping every phone call with keywords available--- but this goes beyond the pale.
I recall hearing from a friend whose son was high in a communications cable type company; that the force us all digital back when... what was it 2006-07? Was so the cable boxes/SMART TVs could spy on us beyond nielson ratings..
It looks like they can use devices to control and even cause someone through the electronics in the newer cars-- to stick the gas pedal and crash. (SEE the Rolling Stones reporter)
Assange et al thinks they have gone way too far and need exposed. I agree.

Julian Assange was just added to the list with James O'Keefe of guys who way oversell what they actually have, and I'm starting to believe he is a Russian agent

I wouldn't say it's nothing, but just from reading the press release and not the docs themselves, I wouldn't go in expecting to find a smoking gun email that Obama ordered spying on Trump or anything like that.
