On the very first page it says total deleted pages 108. The document only contains 40 something pages. Maybe Wikileaks is fixing to dump now because the FBI didn't release the full file.

So whatever this dump reveals is going to be explained by hr fact that we fricked with the French election (or tried to).
So what specific act could be explained by this?

Tried to frick with our election. And maybe this dump explains in detail what Russia did.
Now maybe Russia is about to rub out childish noses on the mess they are trying to make of us.
Maybe Russia is out to destabilize us through massive propaganda and public deception/confusion.

It reveals that material to assemble a grand jury was gathered, but unless we know what that evidence was, it's just a tease.
