Simple explanation:
the whole letter was plagiarized.
It's Biden's superpower.

It sounds like Obama pissed his pants in fear when in the presence of Putin.

When Obama and Putin met in Mexico was the exact moment the first Russian bear bombers pushed American airspace in Alaska. Obama was told this in the presence of Putin. Good luck finding the pictures of this moment, there used to be a lot of them. You can see Putin knows what is being whispered in his ear and is reading his face to see how he takes it. What Obama didn't know was there was also Russian subs entering the gulf at this moment.

He read Obama right then. And he spotted a coward. And he played him as such after that.

There is a real issue when Obama and Putin are together in that Obama does not act like the US President. It is a personality thing, which is important to both sides.
Well, that's a revealing surprise. I'm stunned, I tell you ... stunned!

What does this mean? Obama was scared of Putin and acted like it?

That’s my takeaway. Sounds like Obama was out of his element whenever in the presence of Putin and it showed.

If he's not acting like the US President, could he be acting like a Russian agent?

It's not State Department emails but I wouldn't exactly yawn over experts in a field discussing something that is at least a high-probability belief to them. I agree that calling it "evidence" is a bit strong, though.

It's not a smoking gun, but it's warm enough to at least merit discussion.

Trump has had every inch of his life unpacked in front of the nation and yet not a single "muh russia" allegation has been proven (pretty much all of the allegations have been false).

it's okay to not like the guy, but the fact that you still believe the Russian narrative makes you look extremely ignorant.

IMO It would definitely be the "predicate for an investigation". FOIA requests could easily substantiate whether or not Stratfor was paid for consulting services to the Obama Administration. The email itself calls Lauren the "Handler" of this matter.

The content of these emails requires explaining.

Now that info about Hillary setting up the Russia witch hunt is declassified, I would love for them to look at Biden's and Obama's ties to Russia also.
