But vote for his dad because he obviously wasn't involved in the bribery at all. He's not on video bragging about bribing government officials to fire a prosecutor so they can get away with crimes.

ICloud people. It was probably on his phone but uploaded automatically to his laptop through iCloud.
For those not familiar with Apple, you can have a MacBook, IPad, and iPhone on the table in front of you. You can send an email on the MacBook, a text on the phone, and take a picture with the iPad and all three will be on each device if they are signed on to iCloud.
Each device is essentially a copy of the other. If they have a copy of the hard drive of the MacBook, they also have a copy of his iPhone, and any tablets he had. The crackpipe picture was probably taken by his phone, but copied to his MacBook’s photo album through iCloud immediately.
This is why that attorney wanted that laptop back really bad.
