That’s on the set when Trump went to visit President Obama right after the election in 2016. Notice how there’s election maps on the desk. Obama must have never been the true President either. Probably because he was born in Kenya. And he acted on a set the whole time.

He did. Along with the carpet and most of the furnishings and artwork. Very common for the incoming POTUS to do so. In fact, I am not sure that any POTUS in recent history has not re-decorated the Oval upon taking office.

I didn’t know the layout of the grounds around the Oval Office so I went to google maps to check it out. There is no vehicle parking area that would be visible behind the resolute desk. It is all walking paths, shrubs, and lawn?

Correct. Again, something that happens with every single new administration. The First Family gets $100,000 for adjustments to the Residence, anything above that done in their private living space they have to pay for.
There is also something like $1mm in the WH operations budget to handle repairs and updates to the public/state rooms and floors, the office spaces, and the Oval, etc. This portion is what Melania used to update several public portions of the WH and grounds.

I down voted myself. A vehicle could be there if wheels are partially on the grass. I couldn’t imagine that vehicles have never driven through there.
The wall paper image is not a legit gotcha. Many things were changed to decorate it for Biden prior to the inauguration.

Look at my gif again. Notice the wallpaper? Same as what is in your pic of Trump.
Trump had the same wallpaper as Obama...until he didn't.
