They personally removed the “murder” description by resisting detainment.

freedom and liberty to obstruct law enforcement from doing their jobs?

What's next? The freedom and liberty to obstruct firemen from rushing to a fire? Or to obstruct ambulances from saving people?

Maybe freedom and liberty to rush into operation rooms in hospitals and obstruct surgeons?

Oh no, he shoved her down. The horror!

Btw, did you see how the UK handled Iranian protestors a week ago? They broke out the Billy clubs and beat the absolute frick out of anyone in the area.

Do you have proof of obstruction or is that just a convenient excuse?

See that's the problem with people nowadays - there's never any account for personal responsibility. If both of those "murdered" US citizens wouldn't have put themselves in that situation they would both be alive. The 'reasonable cause" you speak of begins and ends when they start interfering with a law enforcement operation. Do you pull over on the side of the road to investigate if the state trooper has proper cause to be detaining their individual? Like I said before, GFY

So, why the aggression here that led to the attempted arrest and shooting? Was there an active operation going on on that side of the street that was being interfere with?
In footage that started about 20-30 seconds before the shooting, she’s standing in the middle of the street and appears to be verbally engaging with an agent next to a vehicle parked on the other side of the street. Not 100% certain, but it seemed like that was an ICE vehicle trying to leave but she was standing in the road.

Agent walks her across the street and then the shove.

If so, why not arrest her instead of shoving her down?
I’m assuming that the agents don’t have the time or manpower to arrest every protestor that acts up. Especially since the local DA and mayor would probably just have them immediately released anyway. So they stay focused on just arresting the illegals that are going to be held at ICE facilities on immigration detainers that the local government can’t do anything about.

Dumb argument. If ICE hadn't been there in the first place, none of this would have happened. Am I doing it right?

And yet nobody has been able to define their "interference."

If that cop is beating the shite out of a handcuffed person on the ground, I might stop and video it.

And for some reason, instead of going around her like all the other cars were doing, and go after violent criminals, ICE instead decided to cause trouble and that resulted in her murder. Had ICE been doing their job, that would have never happened.

You're doing it to the best of your ability, which is not very good. I'm sure those individuals just happened to be there when ICE showed up.
You sound like a disciple of SFP. You calling somebody dumb actually made me laugh.

They are not protesting period. They lost all rights of protestors. They are agitators and the only way they learn or stop is to face consequences. Unfortunately Pepper spray and a couple hrs in jail is not enough

Using your argument. If stupid f-ing leftards didn't elect brain dead Biden, who let in twenty million third worlders, many of them rapists, murderers, drug traffickers and pedophiles, ICE wouldn't need to be there in the first place.
