Yeah well, maybe the sovereign nation of Isreal can chill about it so there is trouble.

Germany had Bonn as its capital for 50 years so people wouldn't freak out.

And don't even think for even a microsecond that am anti Isreali or anti Semtic. I have a Rabbi as one of my neighbors and I consider him one of my best friends. We just watched the NFL football game tonight together. He walks to work. Its 300 yards. (They have this non-driving to work thing I don't get but whatever).

Well he just said that repealing constitutional amendment that is currently keeping Hillary from being our VP would “solve a lot of problems.” I consider that crazy.

Moore, will be a very destructive force

I agree. Hopefully the turnout of good ol' baws and Ricky Bobbys will be squelched and Roy Moore can just gracefully retreat from the public spectre

Is the idea of free practice of religion for Christians that crazy? I don’t think so.

He's for Christianity being the only religion. That is crazy for a politician.

Video link? I’ve heard a lot of “crazy things” about how he wants to round up all the heathen non-Christians and homosexuals, and put them to death by a good ole fashioned hangin’, and how he will push for the reinstatement of the African slave trade once he’s elected, but I haven’t heard him unedited on a video saying such things. So I’m rather skeptical of a lot of these rumors of “crazy outlandish” things he believes, and has said.

There is a 0% chance that electing Roy Moore does anything to turn those ideas into law. His crazy ideas have absolutely no impact on anything.

If we keep saying that, across the country, we WILL have a problem. REPS punted this one by putting Moore in this position.

I don't think he'll really be involved in anything and will mostly be laughed out of the Senate, but why would you even want someone there with those opinions in the first place?

You conservatives have already f**ked it up. You're turning this country into another Venezuela or Mexico.

Roy Moore's downsides are irrelevant as they will have 0 impact on actual policy. Doug Jones downsides are however quite real, as he is 100% guaranteed to do everything in his power to impede Trump's legislative agenda

Many conservatives and independents are not happy that Alabama is probably going to put this guy in office. His election could/would definitely create an optics problem for the party and could lead to reduced conservative voter turnout in other elections, reduced confidence in the party, and loss of votes from independent voters. I think it's pretty naive to assume there will likely not be any negative reprircussions if Moore is elected.

I was kidding but Alabama does have a pretty big history of bigotry. Just saying

And living here....I can attest to this. Bigotry goes both ways.

For example there's a saying among people and Alabama State Troopers...."If you're white, they will write". This seems to be more than just a statement....

Actually STOPPING this country from becoming Mexico is kind of our #1 priority.
