Guy? I know the vid only shows the end and not what led up to the shooting. but even still could they not have tazed Him? The guy didn’t seem to be a threat worthy of lead poisoning.

After all that has happened I’m a bit confused.

Why not wait till all the facts are out before making a decision?

Not this fricking shite again.

For the last time folks, this isn't hard to comprehend on how to NOT get fricking killed in these situations.

You brandish a weapon around cops.

Cops tell you to drop the weapon and get on the ground.

You drop the weapon and get on the ground.

You live another day.

This isn't rocket science people.

I love this game.

My turn.

Why not just chill and let the police do their job?

Didn't work out this way for Tony Timpa, but he wasn't the correct demographic.

Lol. I just want things to calm a bit. Seems like taxing would’ve been good.

Why not comply?
Why resist arrest?
Why leave your kids in the car?
Why get in between two ratchets fighting when you have kids in a car outside and it’s hot AF?
Why is a convicted felon with a sexual battery charge driving around 3 kids?

Why?

Honestly for every incident like the the narrative on both side starts mattering more than the facts.

It is just going to harden both sides going forward, regardless of what actually happened. BLM will chaulk up another black shooting and then riot, then the resulting riot will justify the existence of a tough response from both state and federal government.

Quite the escalating cycle we are in at the moment.

Go watch some videos of people who don’t comply and get back into their vehicles and come back out with guns shooting cops. That is why they shot him.

You ask why not tase him? Why are you not asking why can he not comply with the instructions?

Why not just offer to buy the guy a beer and talk it out?

I have no insight as to the specifics in this incident.
I can tell you though that in Caldwell County, TX the Sheriff deputies aren’t issued tasers—not enough room in the budget.
So if you ever break the law there, ya best think real hard about resisting/running.

A guy who has a history of violence, actively ignores police orders, and opens a car door and reaches in to grab something is without question a threat.

You're not confused. You are pushing an agenda ahead of the facts.
