Why isn't there a map with the locations of all grant recipients

One of the best ways to fight/prevent fraud would be for there to be a map with the address of all grant recipients. Has anyone seen anything like this? Where are people getting access to the database to grant recipients for daycare centers? I would love to see what has been received in my area.

Which is why there is no map. It's no different than voter IDs.

Federal workers salaries are posted to the public (except in some cases for security reasons). If salaries are public information, why wouldn't grant recipients be?
