Judge Kavanaugh was appointed in 2006 to the DC Court of Appeals.
Was the “victim” in a coma back then and until July 2018?
Only conclusion by her bringing these allegations now is that it’s ok to have a sexual predator on a court of appeals but not the SCOTUS.
Makes perfect sense.

Why do we even need courts and judges if we are going to convict based on what the Media says?

Yes, it's amazing how many people were not REALLY paying attention in 2016. Hillary Clinton, the then titular head of the DNC said it "Any woman who makes an accusation of rape deserves to believed unless the evidence shows otherwise" Which OBVIOUSLY means the opposite would also have to be true and any man accused of rape should be considered guilty until the evidence proves he is innocent.
Less than 2 months after she made this statement the #metoo bullshite started up.
And quite honestly, many conservatives own quite a bit of blame for this nonsense too, how many were cheering when prominent Democrats were accused of doing something from years ago with little to no proof beyond accusations?
