I’m gonna take a stab at answering the OP question.
Let’s assume that this is a symbol of pedophilia.
I see 2 alternatives:
1) the poster designer was ignorant of its purported symbology and saw similar symbols in other media or in their research and thought it added a thematic element.
2) they or someone producing the movie willfully put the symbol in there, I guess to broadcast that they as Powerful elitists are openly pedophiles.
I’m going to have to go with option one. Sorry.
And I do think Hollywood is full of sick fricks. This just isn’t the hill to die on.

I mean as a perfect example: the New York Times tweet about no Biden sexual harassment beyond already reported touching, hugging, and kissing that made women uncomfortable, fades in moments.
The dude is on video being a fricking creep with women and children and we claim to want to change this as a society. That is, until, politics are involved and then we give him a pass. Let’s put as much effort into taking that creep out as some of us do finding squiggly triangles in a movie poster and it might change.
ETA: I use the word We liberally here, to mean the nearly half of American voters that will still attempt to make this man President.

You have multiple posts on every page and you haven't really proven anything. Maybe it means that there's stuff in the movie meant to condition kids, or that this movie is a designated pedo hookup movie. Or, maybe it's the pedo artist signaling the other pedos as a sick joke.
Just because you can't think of an explanation doesn't mean there is no possible explanation. Seems a bit undeservedly arrogant.
BTW, you missed an opportunity for a really good one.
