Why is BlackRock, (the FED), buying every "Single Family House", they can find?

Blackrock has a REIT that is raising shite loads of money. Retail investors at Merrill & Morgan Stanley are dumping money into the REIT and the REIT has to buy assets. They raised 1.9 Billion in April alone. That money has to be deployed and real estate has to be bought.

Local real estate mgmt companies, this is nothing new...been going on for a long long time...but previously they bought distressed properties
