This coupled with Bill Gates owning the majority of farm lands is worrisome.

why do you say FED?

The Founders feared a Central Bank more than "a standing army", for good reason.

It is obvious that the 'Government' has now assumed the right to print money as a means of 'promoting the common welfare', and more so...economically equalizing society. The response to Covid marks this transition into the monetary 'whatever it takes' model of finance.

It's all about Government control, and engineered equity. The old model (Capitalist) of a merit-based affluence principle, is now deemed immoral...as "life's lottery", I.e. the luck of the natural draw...is basically unjust. And such creates a societal dynamic wherein those in the losing class are provoked to envy, contempt, desperation and 'criminal' behavior.

The above scenario is exactly what the Founders feared, and created a Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and Constitution which LIMITED the power of Government and protected the individual God-given Rights of the Person...over that of the "mob rule" majority (Democracy).

They can put people in houses, or stack them like cordwood in urban conglomerates...but if the economic System which delivers basic life goods and services, crashes because creating money out of thin air (nws good intentions) won't fly...then the whole plan crashes.

Smart people up there, but the default of Mother Nature and/or God runs this show. Break the Laws of either and down we go.

none of your post answers why FED IS USED NEXT TO BLACK ROCK.

many capitalust groups buy houses. hedge funds do it.

your rant has nothing about black rock.

My points are tangential, CD, and stand alone on the merit (or no) therein.

I don't get the "Fed is used NEXT to Black Rock". If per the OP, the Fed IS essentially backing Black Rock, then a socially-manipulative Black Rock impetus is solid.

They bailed out Chevrolet and the the Big Banks...for 'the people'. Many private stockholders profited. A future 'investment' model which is socially-based does not mean that 'private' investors, won't take it to the bank. Just that they will have to be on the 'government's' good side in order to profit. This they will do. Especially the Dem supporters who don't value (Individual) Freedom Principle, as codified in the Constitution.

If my point is invalid, then it's on me. I'm no Economist for sure. Just throwing mud on the speculative wall.

My understanding is BlacRock is a contractor, of sorts, to the FED and has access to unlimited funds through them. There was a link earlier in this thread that show cased that point.

I'd say that BLM is a "contractor of sorts", to the Fed, LS. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck...it's likely a duck.

Black Rock, Vanguard, and State Street control 20 trillion dollars worth of assets. Blackrock alone has a 10 billion a year surplus. That means with 5-20% down they can get mortgages on 130-170k homes every year. Or they can outright buy 30k homes per year. Just Blackrock.

People will say "They can't just piss away money on buying tens of thousands of houses that are all at a loss."

WRONG. YOU AND I CANT DO THAT.

They are fronting the federal reserve, and are financed by an endless stream of freshly created fiat money.

Bill Gates owns more private farmland in the US than anyone else, an analysis by The Land Report found. His 242,000 acres of farmland stretch across 18 states from Washington to Florida, according to the report. The land could be split between the Microsoft founder and his wife Melinda Gates after their divorce.May 4, 2021

Why wwon't this create a binge of higher end neighborhoods for people who dont want to live among SEC 8 and its inherent problems?

I mean, like it has been since the original white flight periods in just about every urban area

You understand owning the most doesn’t mean you own the majority, correct? There’s nearly 1 billion acres of American farmland.

Also he’s not even close to being the largest landowner in the US.

Maybe one day you will wake up to the transnational progressive great reset global communism of predominantly the democrat party; instead of apologizing for them and wearing blinders.

If you can't see it at this stage you never cwill or you are a card carrying communist.

These are just a few of the numerous crops growing across America on the veritable agricultural empire belonging to Bill and Melinda Gates, who, with more than 269,000 acres to their name, are the biggest owners of farmland in the country. They’ve got so much of it, you can see one of their Washington farms from space.

The difference between 242,000 and 500mm acres is a minute detail? That detail is these dummies basis for acting like bill gates is going to starve us to death.
