More specifically Minneapolis. Even in other jurisdictions in Minnesota besides Minneapolis ICE does their job without incident because either there are no protesters or the local law enforcement are keeping the protesters from interfering with ICE.

My wife is a foreigner. her green card says to keep it on her at all times. She is seldom asked to present the green card, and has never been asked for it by a govt. official.
She had a SS# and LA driver's license before the green card.
