Why doesn't the US Govt try to force India to deal with they Scam / Spam Phone Farms?

India knows where these things are located. They know full well what's going on. And they do nothing. Frankly, I think these things are encouraged by the Indian government because they bring in money.
As far as I'm concerned, we should tell them to fix it or our Special forces will fix it for them. Make the price of being a scammer death and let's see how long they think it's a great idea.
