Didn't see that in his tax plan proposal. I'm genuinely interested in this. Could you post a link, since it would challenge his claim that he wouldn't raise taxes for anyone making under $400,000.
How about when he says he will repeal Trumps Payroll tax cuts on day one— you do realize that will raise everyone’s payroll taxes Immediately (thereby lowering your take home pay) correct? Remember you got an increase in your take home pay immediately after those payroll taxes were cut— what do you think will happen as soon as those cuts are repealed?
Of course he is saying your taxes will not go up if you make 400,000 or less but he is not including your pay going down from increase payroll taxes. It’s just a straight up lie Biden is saying.

The premise of the article seems to be that Wall Street is expecting a Biden victory, because you know, Fox polling says so. Maybe Wall Street doesn’t really believe the polling and is reacting appropriately to the winner they expect.
