Language and words matter. Or it should to someone that wants to be a journalist and not a “journalist” That describes an intense peaceful protest.

Of course, and that's why it's important to know that "after a peaceful protest intensified" and "an intense peaceful protest" don't describe the same thing.

Of course it does.

Is there anything in the phrase that signifies a transformation from peaceful? There isn’t and it’s intentionally dishonest and it’s meant to fool people.

Seems it worked.

Glad to have you back flailing about ineffectually!

Not surprising you’d want to deflect from such a spectacular trip over your own dick. You are the board Joe Biden. Just step back and let you talk. Pretty soon you’ll prove my case for me.

Sure.

It's not you. Everyone else doesn't know what's going on.

Meanwhile, you were stupid enough to completely miss a quote from one of the dudes who wrote the words you're melting about.

It's somewhat significant to the OPs issue with his fellow Americans.

What I suggested was returning to the exact words they wrote

That’s how we interpret it now, however the exact words are not adequately defined by the constitution itself; judges must read other material to understand exactly what was meant.

Done.

A peaceful protest growing stronger in its characteristics would be more would be more peaceful.

We’ve been through this, try and keep up.

Yeah, that is mildly annoying.

So now we are splitting hairs based on "Well what our founding Fathers meant was.."

It doesn't work like that.
For Originalists, it does. That is why Strict Constructionism is the better school of interpretation.
