Here. I'll demonstrate the stupidity of the OP with a simple example.
Imagine a city with 9 men and 1 woman.
Imagine there are 5 rapes over the course of the year. 4 times, a woman is raped and 1 time a man is raped. ALL the rapes committed by men.
One could then say, "why is it that men committed 100% of all rapes when women only constitute 10% of the population" but one would be an idiot if one asked that.
One could also say, "why are women 80% of the victims when women only constitute 10% of the population".
But, one would also be an idiot if one asked that.
BMY is an idiot.

Because hate crimes are reserved for racists. And since blacks can't be racist, the brunt of hate crimes are committed by whites.

Probably because the actual crime is something stupid like making a swastika out of poop. When a minority commits an offense against a white person it's often so heinous that the hate crime path to justice would only get in the way....see the blacks that attacked the white family in NBR at the Chevron off exit 22/i110

Black population inside the US- 13.3%
You claimed 20% of hate crimes are committed by blacks. Youre suggesting blacks commit hate crimes more disproportionately to other races.
Whites inside the US: 61.3%
You claimed that as of '15 that Whites committed 48% of all hate crimes, while having more than 60% of the population.

and they're also far more likely to be the victims of racially or ethnically motivated hate crimes. 13% of the population are the victims in half of all hate crimes. that's insane.
