Once again, I am suggesting that an individual/politician can hypothetically be charged with conspiracy and a reasonable person would interpret that as "collusion." The underlying crime could be illegal campaign contributions for all I know.

Did anyone read that Washington Post story supposedly debunking Hillary colluding with Russia on the dossier.

Good lord, that writer likely broke his back with such a reach.
