Muslims? Hell naw. Folks get killed behind that kind of shite.

Maybe Christians should take a lesson from that.

Go read my reply to you about double standards.

Just like you did with the OP. You chose the most uncharitable interpretation of his post.

Then why did he bring up the "rug" point if not to use it as a point of ridicule. His post was literally asking why they're not made fun of for praying on a rug (i.e., it's silly that they do so). I was just pointing out that if the OP was lambasting people making fun of a religious practice, he should not in turn do the same to another religion.

You took my point and extrapolated that into thinking I was disagreeing with the fact that one religion is made fun of more than another. That's not even a reasonable interpretation of my point.

It's not ignorance or naivety that Christians turn the other cheek when we're insulted. We're supposed to. We're supposed to pray for those who persecute us, not try to get revenge.

Because Christianity is the light and the way. Christianity oreaches love and unity through Christ and is what can save the world. The others can not save us!

Why? I wasn't arguing anything about the fact that there isn't a double standard in the treatment of the two religions. Again, you're reading things into my point. And again, that's a you problem, not a me problem.

That's great. For a significant portion of its history it didn't. It tore down idols and temples of other religions. It massacred people. It burned people.

I'm not saying you should do that, I'm just saying that less people would be making fun of it if it did.

Dude,

i do watch
Fox segments every day.
CNN segments every day.
MSNBC segments every day.
CBS sometimes.
PBS sometimes.

i never see any of them make fun of Christianity.

The SNL reference and "making fun of" should have clued you into the sector I'm referencing.

No, news segments aren't creating sketches making fun of anyone. They're not publishing albums with songs making fun of anyone.

Progressives are worse than Christians. Progs now carry the moral majority banner.

Because he's discussing the mockery of people praying and mentioned how a different religion prays?

Would saying that Christian's meet up on Sundays and pray on benches be ridiculing?

Stop being a blubbering bitch.

But the OP was. Instead of addressing that you tried to force the conversation into him being butthurt and wanting to insult others to feel better.

Stop white knighting for him. Why did he bring it up if not as an object of ridicule? He could have just asked why they're not made fun of for praying.

Oh go frick yourself, you self-righteous little prick. I don't give a shite what religion he makes fun of. It doesn't hurt my feelings. Again, stop projecting your feelings and insecurities on others.

The OP is quite obviously butthurt. I mean, he made a thread about something and complained about it.

You two should get a room.

Maybe he was pointing out the ample room for comedy in their praying rituals, essentially saying it's not due to lack of opportunity or material.

But no, instead of asking for clarification you jump straight to the worst interpretation.

Oh go frick yourself, you self-righteous little prick.

How am I being self righteous?

So your should rebuttal should be addressing what he is arguing, not what he isn't.

Why do I have to explain that to you?

The OP is quite obviously butthurt.

Bruh, the word "rug" triggered you...

Pointing out the potential of comedic material isn't ridicule or being mean spirited.

How am I making fun of a Muslim praying on a rug?
That’s what they pray on 5 times a day.

I only asked because my coworker thinks it’s ridiculous that my wife says her blessing before eating her meal. I said what do you think about when a Muslim prays on his mat or whatever you want to call it five times a day. He said oh that’s different because that is their religion.

Imagine all the butthurt posts that could have been avoided had people just asked for clarification...

Christians are the biggest critics and threat to injustice, unrighteousness and immoral behavior.....most of the people who seek money and power have to be immoral to varying degrees to acquire their wealth and power, therefore Christians are not exactly embraced by these type of people.
