The real reason why Obama didn't say anything before the 2016 presidential election about what the Russians were doing to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential election is that Obama was certain Hillary was going to win the presidency in a landslide so when Hillary won the presidency Obama didn't want it to appear as if Russia helped Hillary win.

The greatest upset in the 2016 election cycle was not Donald Trump. It was Bernie:
The Democratic machine was off on about every mark, and it started with their base. Facebook ads didn't make Hillary lose the Michigan Democratic Primary to Bernie, and it didn't make the Dems lose it in the general to Trump. They had no economic message and they didn't think it would matter. They didn't get the black vote out and they didn't think it would matter. This is all the election boils down to. One in four working class Obama supporters switched to GEOTUS, and black turnout was down by over 750,000 voters.
You can argue that the margin of victory was so small that it would have made the difference, but then you'd be a retard. Facebook ads didn't make black people stay home. They didn't make Obamacare premiums skyrocket. They didn't make Trump anti-NAFTA. They didn't sway anyone. Your crazy Aunt on Facebook was going to vote for whoever she was going to vote for, without or without those Facebook ads.
And the Obama Administration knows this. They know that the Russians sow discontent because that's what they have always fricking done. It doesn't change shite. What might have helped them take Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania or Ohio? Maybe if they named Bernie and tried an economic message... but they didn't. GEOTUS won. I found that link by going to YouTube then searching for "Russia Today TV pro-Clinton 2016 presidential primary".
That page opened up.
There sure are a lot of RT videos on that page for it to just be a YouTube page.
However, even if you are correct, everyone on the planet, including Putin and RT, thought Hillary was going to win the 2016 presidential election in a landslide so it is ludicrous for anyone to suggest that Russia or RT seriously thought they could influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential election enough for Trump to win the presidency.

Even if McConnell did say that, since when did Obama let anything McConnell or any Republican wants stop Obama from doing what he thought was the right thing to do?
Naaa, Obama didn't mention it before the 2016 election because he was certain Hillary was going to win the presidency and if he did mention it before the 2016 election and Hillary won then he knew it would appear that Russia helped Hillary win the presidency.

When you go to YouTube and search their website the results are determined by Youtube’s algorithm. Russia Today doesn’t have input on that.
If you want to glean anything from your YouTube search you should look at the titles of the actual RT videos. Not exactly pro-Clinton
