Why didn't he go? Well perhaps he already knew the information. I mean you don't think the Democrats thought they were going to get caught at this do you

What are you talking about? He said that he had no idea Nunes was doing this? Where are you getting this info?
Nunes did say that what he found out had nothing to do with the Russians. Which is probably why he didn't feel the need to share it with his committee. Just speculating on that last part.

Because Schiff wants to see Trump fail. It's a purely partisan move but for good reason.

Working side by side with Obama's former Director of National Intelligence (DIA), James Clapper, and Obama's former Director of the CIA, John Brennan, Montgomery witnessed “up close and personal” this “Orwellian Big Brother” intrusion on privacy, likely for potential coercion, blackmail or other nefarious purposes.

He already knew the message to be delivered, not new news

This isn't a reporter. No reporter is going to put #ObamaGate at the end of his tweets.

Want me to list all the 'gates' that reporters have written about since Watergate?
The guy was clearly staking his claim to the eventual titling of this scandal. He wanted credit.

1. You have no proof of Schiff "refusing" to meet with Nunes except for some tweet from someone saying that's what Nunes told them.
2. The link you posted is an article from Larry Klayman, a known nut job who is making allegations based on the word of Dennis Montgomery, a guy Klayman has represented in legal matters related to Montgomery's fraud schemes.
Montgomery is a known fraud who sold the Pentgon millions of dollars of software that was supposed to be able to decode secret Al Qaeda messages hidden in Al Jazeera TV broadcasts. (I'm not kidding) LINK
Nunes is a fool to rely on the word of these two wackos without checking them out. So is everybody else.

The whole Russians thing is an embarrassing fiasco.

For a while there I thought I really wanted to know if there was a connection between the Trump campaign and the "Russians". But this thing is getting so convoluted and the nuts are out making all these really way far out consriracy-type accusations about both sides, that I'm beginning to think this whole thing might not work out so good for anyone on either side.
And then what?
Posted on 3/23/17 at 1:25 am to Bullethead88
Who stands to benefit more if Trump is impeached, dems or republicans? I say republicans.
It's in the dems best interest to prolong accusations and keep the bogeyman in office IMO.
I really don't think either party wants hard info about "Russian ties" or any foreign ties to be made public.
