Why choose a parade route if you’re “fleeing a knife attack”?

Calling bullshite on this narrative. First off, once you’re in a vehicle you’re safe from any knife attack. Secondly, why flee down a street that has a parade ongoing? Wouldn’t you look for a route with the least obstruction, highway or interstate?

Yeah, I would have gone interstate.

Yeah pretty much as soon as the car doors are locked you're in the clear

He wasn’t “fleeing” a knife attack.
He was the one with the knife.

OR he called 911 and reported a knife attack to extricate police FROM the parade route.

Dude, you’re smart enough to know the answer to such a ridiculous question without starting a new topic about it.
When there’s an often repeated media narrative, it’s usually not true.
