Why are there not public service ads run 24/7 advising the public how to prevent it?

How do we protect the Mid-terms from the fraud?
Declare a national emergency.
Embed law enforcement agencies with National Guard at polling locations.
Have the Postmaster General randomly pull mail ballots to insure and eliminate harvesting.
Democrats will lose badly!!

I saw a video that had POTUS Reagan telling POTUS Trump to do exactly what he said after POTUS Trump asked the question.
If there is nothing to hide and POTUS Trump has evidence of what is intended by the thieving Democrats, surely he could do it and prove once and for all exactly how much stealing is definitely going on.
Maybe waterboard a few pollsters to find out which poll is truthful.
