A couple of reasons in my opinion. First, you need a dual layer of government run by truly left wing Democrats at the local and state levels to pull off the sustained chaos. Also, smaller cities don’t have enough local loons to pull it off and although there are a lot of outside agitators involved in these, much harder for them to hide out in the smaller cities.

With Shreveport it's not riots it's crime. There is a major pullback on policing. The blacks who run the city have targeted the cops to the point that they are afraid to stop any black criminals from doing anything. A lot of cops are taking early retirement or leaving and they're not being replaced.
The pullback is becoming known in the hood and the place is gonna become really dangerous in the next few weeks.

I’m the same way and am not interested the the theater playing out in predominantly white cities and states with funded professional “protesters.”
I’m shocked there people who actually believe a bunch of soy boys are so mad about someone they’ve never met being shot in another part of the country during an arrest that they’re “protesting” 6 weeks later.
It’s the same jackasses that participated In Occupy Wall Street.
