Have seen a lot of H1Bs over the years that were nothing special and it was unclear why they were even here. If we needed someone to be overconfident, arrogant, and not follow instructions, there are plenty of Americans that could fill that role.

I have been living it in tech the last 15 years.
At first it was just a few.
Now its whole departments taken over and work has regressed to re-learning lessons we learned in the 1990s.
It has been a disaster.
