Because they are too true. Nazis must be put down like rabid dogs.

So another dissimilarity with the Nazis?
The Nazis blamed all of Germany's problems on a certain group of people and then set out to dehumanize them so they could justify doing whatever they wanted to them, you know, like destroying their businesses in riots.
Sound familiar?

Oh, I believe you've got it spinned to fit your agenda of calling them Nazi's and Marxists. I've always wondered where that came from. In fact, you're equating the attempt to quell violence incitement and domestic terror attacks to the Nazi's 'suppressing the voices and the rights of the jews'. I get it. Nope, totally different and there's no comparison there. Not even close.
A couple of differences between now and then.
1. Nazi Germany didn't have social media to help spread their decree so it took longer. Today, every day is a left wing version of a Nuremberg rally on Twitter and Facebook where all conservatives are scapegoats and are charged with being responsible for all the evils, failures, and sins of this country and in order for this country to be absolved of those evils, failures, and sins all conservatives must be eliminated. It is the same thought process as the Third Reich used with the Jews.
2. The Jews in Germany did not have the benefit of history. They did not know what the end of the road they were going down was going to look like until they got there so there was less resistance to driving down it and when they got there it was too late for them to do anything to save themselves. We have the benefit of now knowing what the end of that road looks like and we can see it from where we are currently at.
Another point to make about the comparison. In Nazi Germany if you were a Jew accused of a crime it did not matter what the actual evidence was the judge presiding over the trial was going to make the political decision that you were guilty of the crime. Go back to last summer in Portland, Seattle, Washington D.C., Minneapolis, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, etc. if you were associated with BLM and accused of a crime it did not matter what evidence there was that you committed it. The district attorneys in those locations were going to make the political decision not to charge you with a crime. However if you were a conservative accused of a crime in St. Louis, or Kenosha, Wisconsin you were going to be tried for the most extreme charge possible and the district attornies were going to do everything they could to make sure you could not get a fair trial.

After seeing what is being said about a great man like President Trump why would I believe anything they said about Hitler?

The Democrats aren’t a nationalist movement blaming communists and minorities for the all the countries problems and bemoaning a loss of “traditional” values.
When did anyone blame minorities for all the country's problems?

most people have a very limited knowledge of history

They look more Stalinist or Maoist to me.

Trump has a subset of his followers believing in conspiracies, that they are 'patriots' and that they should carry out terror attacks. I'd say it's pretty close and Hitler and Nazi comparison's are quite relevant.
Luckily, we still have an overwhelming majority who are able to critically reason and have not fallen victim.
They're just mistaken of the year. This board keeps saying it's 1930's Germany. It's actually, finally, May 1945.
