Think about it. Aren’t most corporations self funding their insurance benefits? Let’s see, vaccinations are free, the so called health experts say their data proves the vaccinated are much less likely to be hospitalized or die from Covid19.

It always comes down to the damn money!

I would imagine if you dug deep enough some if not all companies are getting some sort of kickback for employees that are vaccinated.

They aint doing it because mean Joe said so.

Early onset Stockholm Syndrome.

Mainly because the fine is 14,000 per occurrence per employee. They just are litigation averse and believe it is easier to fight the employee than the Fed Gov.

Oh, and frick Joe Biden!

Are companies at risk for being sued as a result of someone not being vaccinated? I thought a lot of the reason behind businesses closing down or imposing Covid restrictions was due to fear of liability.

Just got wind of a company that employs 100,000 told their employees they wouldn’t enforce mandatory vaccination.

There is hope.

Yeah. I expect several states and companies to file suit. I know Shapiro already said he is. Likely get an injunction on this.

I mean frick - how the hell do you have an EMERGENCY order that does not go into effect for 2 months. Is it an EMERGENCY or not?

All corporations of any size dream of being able to exercise more control over their workers.

This is a proxy for a whole range of (potentially) future things.

Black Rock owns my company along with the three vaccine manufacturers. Not hard to connect the dots.

Even more, it doesn’t say anything about mandating vaccines. It strongly suggests it.

I refer the Brandon administration to the strong suggestion sent by NJ and VA voters.

They just pay premiums. Its not the cost of healthcare premiums they fear - that goes up regardless, its the massive fines. And its only woke, lib, shite companies forcing this right now. The rest are going to let the litigation play out.

They need to be sued out the arse. If an employee dies or is crippled via vax, the family should sue the executives and the company into oblivion.

I think it is coming. I know I would almost pay to be on the jury.

and, they need to be sued. Anyone with any sign-off on forcing employees to take that poison should be held liable.

How does the fines work? 14k per person unvaccinated? Per day? I would think a company would be happy to pay 14k to keep the employee on. Especially trade employees. A company would pay way more than that to go through a rehire process, get the new employee trained and then the year or more for that employee to get spun up on the specific product making process.

Also, my guess is that corporations will plot to layoff employees without a severance packages, no early retirement, no vacation, etc., just make up a rule so they can fire people for cause. It will be the cheapest downsizing in history. That was probably some of the logic behind American Airlines, local governments and some of the other ones that have already pulled the trigger.
