I'll vote for whoever Sentrius tells me too. I voted for Maness against his advice and it got me nowhere!!

I'm waiting for Jindal to pop out and say "miss me yet?"

Jeff Landry and Garret Graves are going to be very serious contenders. They've been very impressive so far as good conservatives.

But I honestly hope it comes down to a prohibitive frontrunner early in the year and republicans never look back. frick JBE playing the divide and conquer game again like he did with Vitter against Dardenne and Angelle.

His beard candidate in Angelle just got his shite pushed in by Clay fricking Higgins. Jindal is so done in Louisiana bro. So done.

Good luck trying to get a fluke reelected against a republican with no baggage and JBE being forced to defend his liberal tax and spend record.

I think he could beat JBE in a run off in 2019 if JBE keeps disappointing. Right now JK and GG are the only ones that could get that #2 spot over Jindal the jungle primary. Jindal,

LABI and Jindal gave each other so many blow jobs before that the money would come pouring in. They'd probably get some company to set up shop in La and say it was all Jindal's doing just to get him started.

JBE's most recent polling showed about 64% of Louisianans approved of his performance. Trying to clean up the fiscal mess left behind by irresponsible Jindalista Republicans is not an easy task.

I think the Repubs assume JBE can be easily defeated in 2019, but that may not be true.

If he would start a grassroots effort right now just to get his name out there and get known I think he could win.

You're out of your mind if you think a lot of republicans including the LA GOP will let Jindal run and possibly screw up a chip shot against JBE.

Jindal was fricking hated when he left office and he had as much to do with JBE being elected as Vitter did.

Jindal is the past and a lot of republicans are going to make sure it stays that way.

Congressman Ralph Abraham could be a contender. He's got a great resume and is very popular in his district.

That doesn't mean anything in the first year, especially when the pain from his tax and spend policies haven't started hitting full bore yet and we still have the full cost of the medicaid expansion coming down soon and that's going to rape the state budget.

The numbers are going to matter in the last two years.

JBE's made it worse with his high taxes that are strangling the economy and killing jobs and put us on the hook for a medicaid expansion that we cannot afford.

He's a country hick that likes big government welfare.

As long there is no republican in fighting like Dardenne and Angelle fricking it all up for the prohibitive front runner they had no chance of catching and the GOP candidate runs a good and disciplined campaign, JBE will lose.

Graves?

I was going to say Steve Moret but he's moving to Virginia.

Graves needs to stay in Washington, he's too good of a rep.
I don't think Maness has the right experience.
Fleming would be an interesting choice.

Landry would be a pretty good pick, but why not Kingbob?

I could see Boustany (if he doesn't get in the Trump admin) or Fleming running. I just hope Billy Nungesser doesn't get in.

I don't think you will ever have to worry about him.

At the Trump rally yesterday, Jeff Landry, the Attorney General, was ring leading that shite and introducing everybody and all of the notable Louisiana republican politicians. He even introduced the LT Gov and shepherded him off the stage himself. And Jeff is not the highest elected republican in Louisiana.

That spoke volumes just about who is in control and who the top republican in Louisiana is.
