He's right. It's illegal for businesses to ostracize people based on private medical conditions.
Law enforcement definitely won't step in and enforce the law. So the guy pissed on that business.

So does a restaurant have a right not to serve African American men? I mean going by statistics, you are much more likely to be shot and killed by them than by catching COVID for not wearing a mask and dying. Not being racist, but customer safety should take precedence right?

At one time they did until we passed laws outlawing discrimination by race, but I’m sure you already knew that, right?
