Firstly, you have never served a day in uniform so you can just shut the frick up.
Secondly, when you are wearing a uniform that was phased out in 2014, it just looks bad. Even wearing the current uniform at what is considered a political rally looks bad and potentially violates 1344.10, but at least it doesn't give the appearance of fraud.
Thirdly, he is just adding more fuel to Austin and Milley's justification of their "extremist" focus.
It's obvious that it is his uniform and that he is a veteran, it's just a very bad look.

I was at a Memorial Day remembrance gathering and some WW2 vet dude shows up in his 1944 uniform. I sure told him "what for" about the regulations on proper wear of the current authorized uniform.
I also dressed down a young dude wearing a WW2 combat uniform but was later informed that he was a WW2 reenactor. I didn't see in the regs where being a reenactor is an exception, so, I think I was right to correct him, also.

Appreciate your service to this once great republic but let’s be honest here, Milley and Austin have shown all Americans who are paying attention the military has been severely compromised by entrenched leftist bureaucrats.
