Couldn't Trump sue the hell out of the whole bunch and make them pay in a civil lawsuit? He was sure as hell defamed, smeared and damaged .

Tech executive-1: @rodneyjoffe
Originator-1: @april_lorenzen
University-1: @GeorgiaTech
Researcher-1/2: David Dagon

Why Georgia Tech? I would suspect Stanford, that place is a cesspool.

...how on earth can just this Sussman clown be the only patsy here? There had to be criminal culpability on a broad scale here...where are the goods Durham?

Not that many more.

Just hardcore collaborators and other participants in 5 countries who lent tacit approval to it including most of our security agencies, a FISA court and two Tavistock Institute aficionados in Steele and the American-born Stefan Halper.

Durham and crew don't have the stomach to go after all of them, or even a handful of them.

Must continue to ensure that none of this in any way connects to Obama.

This is another bone thrown to the gullible so in the future nobody can say "nothing was done" and be accurate.

Interesting that Sussmann was representing Twitter in 2016.

Who is "Tech Executive 1?" in Sussman indictment? by Lsuhoohoo

We don’t know for sure who “Tech Executive-1” is or which company “Internet Company-1” is, but I would be willing to bet a very small amount of money that it’s Shawn Henry and CrowdStrike. I’ll be covering both Shawn Henry and CrowdStrike as we go on but to further establish the connection, here are contracts directly linking Perkins Coie, CrowdStrike and the DNC:

Don't know who this person is, but he puts 2 & 2 together and lays it out pretty well. Long read, but damn it makes sense. Wait till he ties the Solar flair hack and election fraud into it towards the end of the article.

Just happens when we surf the same areas of the net. Been several times I post something and then I see after you already posted it. All good though it's information that needs to be shared no matter who posts first.

There are many in the dnc & media who fit that bill.

Some might even call it collusion.

Regarding the 5 yr SoL issue...did this release extend it somehow, and does Trump still have time to use this for a lawsuit of some kind? Would be awesome if he has this and some of their money to fund his '24 run.

Are there any good articles breaking all this down, preferably by a "respectable" national msm? If not, any solid conservative one will work.

this is a severe contradiction of terms and an anachronism from the time journalism still displayed integrity , honor, and honesty.

Sealed indictments stop the clock on the statute of limitations. The Sol that appears to have been at risk of expiring today was on this specific crime. Indictments that were filed and sealed for other things that Durham has been investigating are yet to be released obviously, but so long as they were sealed in a timely fashion any coming expiration dates are irrelevant.

Example: Crime is committed Jul. 4, 2016. 5 year Statute of Limitations would mean you have until Jul. 3, 2021 to file charges or it's too bad, so sad.

Federal grand jury is empaneled on Jun. 14, 2018 for the above crime. And same day, files indictment which is sealed.

SoL clock STOPS.

Indictment can be unsealed after original SoL expiration date and prosecuted as if no time had passed since it was sealed.

Remember, we were looking at an astronomical number of sealed federal records during the early days of the Trump administration. Some mistakenly assumed ALL were indictments, which is highly unlikely. Simplest explanation is that many (speculated as 90%?) of sealed docs could be supporting records that follow specific indictments.

Alternatively, a single sealed indictment could name 50 people.

It may be news to some, but John Durham has been investigating the origins of the Russia collusion investigation well before Bill Barr name him special prosecutor late in 2020. Some of us believe that evidence points towards his working throughout the entire first term of Trump.

The Monstrous Lie Behind CrowdStrike

On February 17, 2020 By Michael Thau

quote:

Mueller’s investigation into the 2016 presidential election was largely predicated on Russian intelligence having hacked the Democratic National Committee’s servers. Russia’s guilt is such an article of faith among our political class, that a Republican-controlled Congress imposed sanctions and President Trump signed on, substantially worsening relations with an important and potentially dangerous nation.

Since those sanctions were imposed, Mueller has issued a report confirming the Russian espionage they were enacted to punish, which the Washington establishment has treated like a sacred document

Outside the Acela Corridor, however, one finds more skepticism.

A lot of ordinary folks just can’t stop wondering why the DNC wouldn’t let any federal investigators examine their servers. Instead, an independent contractor on the DNC’s payroll called CrowdStrike were the only ones allowed to do so. CrowdStrike executive, Robert Johnson, recently appeared on 60 Minutes to address those concerns. But he only succeeded in substantiating them by claiming that the “FBI got what it needed and what it wanted.”

Even if 60 Minutes “hard-hitting” investigators couldn’t be bothered to spend 30 minutes doing research for such an important story, Johnson himself had to know he wasn’t speaking truthfully.

On no less than three separate occasions, FBI director James Comey testified to congress about the DNC’s strange unwillingness to let his agency examine their servers in a case they were simultaneously hyping as tantamount to an act of war. Comey explicitly testified that the DNC rejected the FBI’s “[m]ultiple requests at different levels” to collect forensic evidence.

Furthermore, a week before Comey first testified, the DNC had already tried palming off Johnson’s lie and were sternly contradicted the very next day. A senior FBI official told The Hill that his agency “repeatedly stressed to DNC officials the necessity of obtaining direct access to servers and data, only to be rebuffed until well after the initial compromise.” According to the Hill’s source, far from getting everything they wanted, “the FBI [had] no choice but to rely upon” CrowdStrike.

Perkins Coie Lawyer Sussman Took Orders from Hillary in Russian Collusion Fabrication

Posted on September 17, 2021 by Denise Simon

quote:

Joe Biden’s National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan is not exempt either. He was always Hillary’s secret agent man including the back channel in the beginnings of the Iran nuclear deal. His fingerprints are all over the Perkins Coie, Clinton campaign and Russian collusion lies. He needs a subpoena along with dozens of others and should be stripped of his security clearance.

... further reading ...

Hillary Clinton’s other secret agent man was Marc Elias who headed up the Perkins Coie law firm. He hired Crowdstrike and Fusion GPS. Another fact is he was the campaign lawyer of record for Kamala Harris when she ran for president.
