The Clintons have horrible political ideals, but they are connected and aren't exactly hurting for money. They also typically do pretty well, scholastically.
"Daddy Bill" was a Rhodes Scholar, and both he and "Feminazi Hillary" have Law Degrees from Yale. The oligarchy never have a shortage of people willing to pay for stuff for them...so, while I don't believe that "WE" paid for her to go to Oxford, I also don't believe that "THEY" paid for it.

one of my buddies was an intern at the white house same time as lewinsky. said he knew who she was but didn't know her really. the press hounded, him, his mom and dad, etc. relentlessly for a year or so, begging for any hot scoop. it got to the point where his mom would chat with them, ask them how their kids baseball game went yesterday
