Who else is eagerly awaiting British spy Christopher Steele's indictment for influencing?

I'm trying to wrap my head around what the difference between what these random Russian trolls did and what Christopher Steele did.

Shirley the indictment of a British spy who put together false information about a US presidential candidate and then pushed it to every influential source he could is going to be eminent?

In addition, Steele did it WITH assistance from Americans. Unlike the now indicted Russians

He owns Class A shares. Control of the company is vested in the Class B shares.
