Looks like the only rate white youths win is DUI and that’s probably because many black youths don’t have cars, if I had to guess. Anyone have a better explanation for this outlier stat?

Could be part of it too…some of each maybe…but that seems a bit wrong for them to do that. In essence profiling, but of course that’s ok in the left’s eye based on the demographic being targeted.
