I don't know about white people, but if I remember correctly Macy's is extremely particular who can ride the floats (usually the extras are Macy's employees).

I watched 2 minutes of that parade. 2 minutes was all it took for them to mention LGBTQIA+. I turned it off.

Didn’t notice whether there were any white folks on the float, was enjoying the music- trombone shorty kicks arse. Just wish it wasn’t piped in and could hear them live
